Day 33 activity

WII FIT DAY 33 ACTIVITY

I'm starting to realize just how vital your ankles are to most of these exercises. My left ankle is still in a fair amount of pain, so I'm trying to pick activities that cause the least amount of stress to the ankle. They're slim pickings! I may go have my doctor check out my ankle if it keeps up. I should probably schedule a physical anyways.

STRENGTH
Single-Leg Extension: 10 reps per leg - 17 pts. (1 star)
Rowing Squat: 45 reps - 97 pts (4 stars)
Sideways Leg Lift: 20 reps per leg - 54 pts. (2 stars)

YOGA
Sun Salutation: 60 pts. (2 stars)
Cobra: points n/a
Spinal Twist: points n/a
Bridge: points n/a

TOTAL SESSION TIME: 15 MINUTES
