Day 36 activity

WII FIT DAY 36 ACTIVITY

I decided to take a break from activities for the past couple days to spend some extra time with my family and due to my ankle still being sore. The ankle is still sore but feels like it is recovering. I don't think I'll be doing the running exercises for a while longer.

YOGA

AEROBICS
Advanced Step: 593 pts. (3 stars)
Rhythm Boxing: 10 min. - 1145 pts. (3 stars)

BALANCE GAMES

Balance Bubble: Advanced - 59.25 sec. (2 stars)

TOTAL SESSION TIME: 24 MINUTES
